How do I create a service?

Go to your dashboard and click "Manage Services" in the Quick Actions section. Click "Add Service" and fill in the service name, description, duration, and price. You can also set deposit requirements and booking fees.

How do I set my availability?

Click "Set Availability" from your dashboard. You can set your regular working hours for each day of the week, specify slot duration, and create special hours for specific dates. You can also block time off when you're not available.

Can I offer multiple services?

Yes! You can create unlimited services with different durations, prices, and descriptions. Each service can have its own image and settings.

How do customers book appointments?

Customers visit your unique booking page, select a service, choose an available time slot, and provide their contact information. They'll receive a confirmation email with booking details.

Can I cancel or reschedule bookings?

Yes. From your dashboard, view any booking and use the cancel or reschedule options. Customers will be notified of any changes via email.

How far in advance can customers book?

By default, customers can book up to 30 days in advance. You can adjust this setting in your availability configuration.

How do I get paid?

ReserveSpot uses Stripe for secure payment processing. Connect your Stripe account from the dashboard to start accepting payments. Funds are transferred directly to your bank account according to Stripe's payout schedule.

Can I require deposits?

Yes. When creating or editing a service, you can set a deposit amount that customers must pay when booking. The remaining balance can be collected in person.

What are the fees?

ReserveSpot offers transparent pricing with no hidden fees. Check our pricing page for current subscription rates. Payment processing fees are set by Stripe (typically 2.9% + 30¢ per transaction).

Can I customize my booking page?

Absolutely! From your dashboard, click "Customize Page" to personalize your booking page. You can add your logo, change colors, upload a hero image, customize the welcome message, and add social media links.

Can I use my own domain?

Custom domains are available on Pro and Business plans. You can point your domain to your ReserveSpot booking page while maintaining your brand identity.

How do I block time off?

From your dashboard, click "Manage Time Off" in the Quick Actions section. You can create full-day or partial-day time off blocks for vacations, breaks, or personal time. These times will be unavailable for customer bookings.

How do I upgrade or change my plan?

Visit the billing section in your dashboard to view available plans and upgrade. Changes take effect immediately, and you'll only be charged the prorated difference for the current billing period.

Can I cancel my subscription?

Yes, you can cancel anytime from your account settings. Your subscription remains active until the end of your current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial months.

Is my data secure?

Yes. We use industry-standard encryption for all data transmission and storage. Payment information is processed securely through Stripe and never stored on our servers. Read our Privacy Policy for more details.
