By accessing or using ReserveSpot ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service.

ReserveSpot reserves the right to update and change these Terms by posting updates on this page. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of those changes.

2. Description of Service

ReserveSpot provides an online booking management platform that enables service businesses to:

• Create and manage bookable services
• Set availability and working hours
• Accept and manage customer bookings
• Process payments and booking fees
• Customize their booking page

3. Account Registration

To use ReserveSpot, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old
• Provide accurate, complete, and current information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to use the Service to:

5. Payments and Billing

Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as explicitly stated.

Payments are processed securely through Stripe. By providing payment information, you authorize us to charge the applicable fees to your payment method.

5.3 Booking Fees

Business owners may charge booking fees to customers. ReserveSpot may charge a processing fee for payment transactions. All fees are clearly disclosed before processing.

6. Cancellation and Termination

6.1 Your Rights

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.

6.2 Our Rights

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you:

• Violate these Terms
• Fail to pay applicable fees
• Engage in fraudulent or illegal activity

7. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by ReserveSpot and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You retain ownership of all content you upload to the Service. By uploading content, you grant us a license to use, display, and distribute that content as necessary to provide the Service.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.

9. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL RESERVESPOT, ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you to ReserveSpot in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ReserveSpot from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

11. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with applicable laws.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

13. Changes to Service

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part thereof) at any time, with or without notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of the Service.

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
